Management Apprenticeship Level 3
The Management Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 is ideal for individuals looking to take their first step into line management and for those who already have some management responsibilities. This combined knowledge and competency based programme will build and develop new skills to enhance your management career
This Apprenticeship can be applied across a broad range of sectors and job roles. Good managers and team leaders are essential to the success of any business, so the skills gained on this apprenticeship are transferable and valuable. Learning will be tailored to your industry, but it’s likely apprentices will be responsible for the delivery of a service, or how other people carry out their work. Apprentices could be working as a shift leader, charge hand, section leader, team leader, floor manager, trainee manager, deputy manager, or supervisor.
Learners take five mandatory units in this qualification. The first unit looks at personal and professional development, helping the learner to identify their own development needs and plan how to fulfil them. The second unit develops practical team management skills. The three remaining units of this section delve into the theory behind people management, leadership and business. Learners can then work with their employer and training provider to find the best-fit from the other units offered in the qualification
Must be employed as an Operations Manager with responsibility for two or more team members.
Progress on to the Diploma in Leadership and Management Level 3 or NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Management.
