SIA Door Supervisor Training – ESF
This course is designed for people wanting to enter the private security industry.
The SIA Door Supervisor course is divided into 4 units:
- Working in the Private Security Industry
- Working as a Door Supervisor
- Conflict Management
- Physical Intervention.
On the final day of the course there will be 3 multiple-choice exams and a practical assessment of the physical intervention skills you will be taught on the course.
The course also include 2 week Employability Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Understanding Stewarding at Spectator Events workshop.
Candidates must be aged 18+ to enrol onto this programme and must meet the requirements as listed on the SIA website.
Candidates applying within Tees Valley area must be aged 25+ to enrol onto this programme and must meet the requirements as listed on the SIA website
Candidates must also be able to present the relevant 2 forms ID as required on the website too.
To qualify for this ESF funded course you must be able to provide one form of evidence from each section. Please see guidance
