Who we are
Here are NGTC Training we’re proud to be part of the NGTC Group and that helps us to understand the challenges that small and medium-sized companies face in sourcing, recruiting, training and retaining people. Founded by Mike Needham in 2008, our training division works alongside the four other divisions within the group:
Education: Delivering a range of learning programmes & work experience opportunities to help students recognise the career opportunities in the Stadium Events and Hospitality sector.
Recruitment: Offering recruitment support to employers and working with you to find the workforce you need in the Stadium Events and Hospitality sector.
Consultancy: Identifying the training needs of your business to enable you to focus on and grow your core business operations.
E-learning: Supporting apprenticeship delivery and offering Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding compliance training; all as a 24/7 e-learning service through a partnership with our online training provider Virtual College.
